The St Cloud/Osceola Business Connections Leads Group is proud to announce The House That Leads Built, a community project to benefit the St. Cloud Community. The group is raising funds to purchase a foreclosed home in St. Cloud and will fix it up to sell to a deserving family at an affordable price. President of the group, Gary Gammon said, We will remove an eyesore from our neighborhood, improve the value of the property and help a family who needs a house. It may be a small step to help the economy but it's a start.

The St. Cloud/Osceola Business Connection Leads Group will purchase the house from the inventory of vacant homes in the city. With the help of members and local businesses the house will be repaired to FHA standards. Once completed, the house will be sold to a deserving family. Since much of the work will be donated or completed at a discounted rate, the house can be sold at an affordable purchase price.

 The St. Cloud/Osceola Business Connection LLC is a Leads Group whose members are part of the St. Cloud Greater Osceola Chamber of Commerce. The purpose of the group is to promote member businesses and pass on referrals for potential business. Meetings are every Tuesday at 8:00 AM and held at the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce, 1200 New York Avenue, St. Cloud. Businesses are invited to attend one of the meetings to learn more about the group.
